<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the number of signal lines increases in order to detect that a flexible wiring board is obliquely inserted. <P>SOLUTION: A head side board 141 and a control board 151 are connected via a FFC (flexible flat cable) 153. In the control board 151, a connector 152 connecting one end of the FFC 153 is provided. An output control circuit 163 of the head side board 141 switches a function of a signal line of a mask signal 4 upon power-on into a function of a detection signal transmission signal line, transmits a signal for confirmation of connection via the signal line for transmitting a signal for a printing operation from the control board 151 to the head side board 141, and transfers data outputted from a shift resistor 162 that receiving a signal for confirmation of the connection of the head side board 141 as a detection signal via the signal line of the mask signal 4 to the control board 151. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
