<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ice block from becoming cloudy without deteriorating ice-making ability. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic ice-making machine is provided with: a feed-water tank 30 which is connected to an outer feed-water source; and a heat exchanging unit which is constituted of a first heat transmission part 62, a second heat transmission part 64 and a switching part 66 in order to perform thermal exchange between an accumulator 50 and a cold storage part 68 arranged in the feed-water tank 30. The cold storage part 68 is cooled by performing thermal exchange between the accumulator 50 and the cold storage part 68 by using the heat exchanging unit in an ice-making process, and when an ice block starts to be produced by proceeding of the ice-making process and ice-making water in an ice-making water tank 16 decreases, the ice-making water is supplied to the feed-water tank 30 and the ice-making water, in which heat is exchanged with the cold storage part 68, is supplied into the ice-making water tank 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
