NONWOVEN FABRIC PRODUCTION APPARATUS, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING NONWOVEN FABRIC AND NONWOVEN FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric production apparatus which allows for the stable production of nonwoven fabrics excellent in formation composed of fibers having a small fiber diameter in good productivity while suppressing the generation of droplets, and a method of manufacturing such nonwoven fabric and a nonwoven fabric obtained by the method.

SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric production apparatus comprises: a spinning device comprising at least one spinning unit, the spinning unit having at least one liquid discharging part for discharging a spinning solution and one gas discharging part located upstream of any of the liquid discharging part so as to discharge a gas; an application device for applying a voltage to the spinning solution discharged from the spinning device; a non-conductive collector for collecting fibers; and an earthed conductor having a smooth surface at a side opposite to a side of the spinning device of the non-conductive collector. A method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric uses the nonwoven fabric production apparatus and a nonwoven fabric is manufactured by the nonwoven fabric production apparatus.
