PURPOSE: A method for modulating an active load by inductive coupling and an apparatus thereof are provided to give duration longer than the duration of a first logical value of a modulated signal to a shielding value of a shielding signal in order to maintain the free oscillation mode of an oscillator in the stability time of an antenna signal. CONSTITUTION: An antenna signal is received under an alternating current external magnetic field through an inductive antenna circuit. A first periodical signal is extracted from antenna signals. A second periodical signal is generated by using a sync oscillator having a synchronization input receiving the first periodical signal. An oscillator has the sync oscillation mode and a free oscillation mode which is set to be the same phase as the first periodical signal. A burst of the second periodical signal is applied to the antenna circuit to generate an active load modulation magnetic field. |
