A method for using the KTPAF50 peptide to biologically affect pancreatic cells. The method includes increasing the number of islets in the pancreas and treating diseases in which damage occurs in the pancreas, inducing differentiation of human stem cells into mature pancreatic cells, transplanting mature pancreatic cells into a human body by inducing differentiation of human stem cells (taken from the human body or from another human body) into mature pancreatic cells and introducing the mature pancreatic cells into the body, treating diseases related to the pancreas, differentiating pancreatic cancer cells into differentiated cells and inducing differentiation in different tissues.
