PURPOSE: A lamp reflector apparatus is provided to improve illumination environment of a work place by offering a lamp reflector having a reflection board of a multilayer structure and to improve work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A 1 shift reflector(110) is arranged on the upper girth of a light source(101). The 1 shift reflector reflects light of the light source. A 2 shift reflector(120) regularly includes embossing(121). A 3 shift reflector(130) is combined to slope from the bottom of the 2 shift reflector. The embossing is composed of a plurality of concave parts and a connection part. A plurality of concave parts is formed in the inner side of the 2 shift reflector into a lattice form. The connection part interlinks the concave parts.
