PURPOSE: A mold device for a waterproof panel of a bathroom is provided to improve the exterior of a waterproof panel by preventing bolt marks from being generated on the bottom surface of the waterproof panel. CONSTITUTION: A mold device for a waterproof panel of a bathroom comprises a lower mold. The lower mold comprises a lower mold frame(10) and a fixed core block(12). The fixed core block is fixed to the top center of the lower mold frame. Rib forming grooves(12a) are formed on the top of the fixed core block. Dimension core block insertion grooves(14) are recessed along the edge of the fixed core block. Dimension core blocks(20) having rib forming grooves(20a) are formed by arranging unit dimension core blocks in a longitudinal direction and are detachably inserted into the dimension core block insertion grooves. Stepped parts are recessed along the edge of the unit dimension core blocks. Rib forming core blocks are detachably coupled to the stepped parts.
