PURPOSE: A functional color concrete composition and a paving method using thereof are provided to express color for a long time and prevent cracking by mixing shrinkage reducing agent, reinforcing fiber, and pigment in order to suppress dry shrinkage. CONSTITUTION: A paving method using functional color concrete composition comprises the following steps: preparing functional color concrete composition(S10); tamping base course of road(S30); installing the functional color concrete composition on the base course of road(S40); spraying surface reinforcing agent on top of the functional color concrete composition(S50); and curing the functional color concrete composition(S60). The functional color concrete composition comprises 12-18 weight% of cement, 30-40 weight% of sand, 40-49 weight% of 25mm aggregate, and 4-8 weight% of water. Based on 100 weight% of the functional color concrete composition, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of anti-shrinkage agent, 0.02-0.3 parts by weight of fibrous reinforcing agent, and 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of pigment are included. The anti-shrinkage agent additionally includes 15-22 weight% of methyl methacrylate, 10-12 weight% of butyl acrylate, 13-18 weight% of lithium silicate, 2-4 weight% of sodium alginate, 2-4 weight% of methacrylic acid, 50 weight% of water, and 0.2-2 weight% of alkylsulfonic acid.
