<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer recording medium which exhibits successful lubricating properties due to heat originating from a heat-resistant lubricative layer, is excellent in heat response and the capability, and can reduce the generation of a persistent thermal effect. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer recording medium is constituted of at least a base (46), a thermal transfer layer (44) formed on one of surfaces of the base and the heat-resistant lubricative layer (48) formed on the other surface of the base. In addition, the heat-resistant lubricative layer contains not smaller than three kinds of lubricants and abradants different in melting point. One of the lubricants is phosphate with a melting point of 50 to 80°C, and a content of the abradant is 20 to 50 wt.% with respect to the phosphate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
