<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and accurate product delivery by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A home delivery management part 40 receives order information from an order placement terminal 50, and instructs delivery of food products related to the order to user's condominium. When the food products are carried in a home delivery locker 20, the home delivery locker 20 transmits carrying-in completion information indicating that the food products were carried in to a locker management part 30. When the carrying-in completion information is received, the locker management part 30 updates use state of the home delivery locker 20 and transmits delivery completion information indicating food product delivery completion for a notification destination registered in advance. The food products related to the order are delivered to the home delivery locker 20 in a state of being stored in a food product container 48.
