<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-sensitized solar cell in which photoelectric conversion efficiency can be prevented from lowering while transmitting incident light sufficiently, and to provide a display with a die-sensitized solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A die-sensitized solar cell 120 comprises: a pair of transparent insulating plates 5 and 6; a plurality of spacers 4 provided between the pair of transparent insulating plates 5 and 6; and a power generation part 10. The power generation part 10 has at least one working electrode 1, at least one counter electrode 2, and an electrolyte 3 which comes into contact with the counter electrode 2 and the working electrode 1. The working electrode 1 is obtained by coating the surface of a metal wire 1a with a porous oxide semiconductor layer 1b, and the spacer 4 has a higher transmittance for visible light than that of the power generation part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
