摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily remove noise components due to the vibration of a flexible body from an original detection signal to be output from a detection part, and to suppress the delay of the phase of a detection signal to be obtained by filter processing. <P>SOLUTION: A detection part 101 includes: a flexible body which deforms according to the state of an object to be measured; and a sensor for detecting the deformation quantity of the flexible body, and for outputting an original detection signal 102 showing the result of detection. A filter part 103 outputs a detection signal 107 to be obtained by performing filter processing to the original detection signal 102 by using a filter coefficient. An arithmetic device 104 calculates the vibration frequency of the flexible body included in the original detection signal 102 by an arithmetic operation. A changing part 106 changes the filter coefficient of the filter part 103, and makes the filter part 103 function as a filter which attenuates a vibration frequency f calculated by the arithmetic operation by the arithmetic device 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
