<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion by making water easy to flow in a sheath by not restraining a hafnium plate strongly, to secure a margin of movement for irradiation extension etc., of the hafnium plate, and to achieve improvement in soundness of the sheath etc. <P>SOLUTION: A tie rod 6 has a dovetail groove 42, and the hafnium plate 10 has a tab 43 to be engaged with the dovetail groove 42. The tie rod 6 and hafnium plate 10 have engagement parts for restraining axial movement through the dovetail groove 42 and tab 43, and are intermittently welded at positions different from the engagement parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
