METHOD FOR PREPARING (E)-METHYL 2-[2-(6-CHLOROPYRIMIDIN-4-YLOXY)PHENYL]-3-METHOXYACRYLATE

Provided is a method for preparing (E)-methyl 2-[2-(6-chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl]-3-methoxyacrylate, which comprises: calcining, grinding and heating a base catalyst orderly to activate it; substituting methyl 3,3-dimethoxy-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)propionate with 4,6-dichloropyrimidine in the presence of the activated catalyst; and then dealcoholizing methyl 2-[2-(6-chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl]-3,3-dimethoxypropionate obtained in substitution reaction to obtain (E)-methyl 2-[2-(6-chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl]-3-methoxyacrylate. The catalysis activity of the catalyst is increased through activation of the catalyst in advance, and the conversion rate is also increased, thus increasing the yield.
