<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intaglio printing machine in which print quality can be inspected with higher precision. <P>SOLUTION: The intaglio printing machine includes: an impression cylinder 14 for holding paper 1; a plate cylinder 15 which holds an intaglio plate on the peripheral surface thereof and is abutted oppositely on the impression cylinder 14; an ink collection cylinder 16, a chevron cylinder 17, an inking unit 18, etc., for supplying an ink to the intaglio plate of the plate cylinder 15; a paper discharge cylinder 21, a sprocket 22a, a paper discharge chain 22b, etc., for receiving the paper 1 printed on the impression cylinder 14 from the impression cylinder 14 and conveying the received paper; and a line camera 313, a fluorescent lamp 315, etc., which are arranged on the downstream side from an oppositely-abutted position of the impression cylinder 14 on the intaglio plate of the plate cylinder 15 in the rotative direction of the impression cylinder 14 are used for inspecting the paper 1 on the impression cylinder 14 in the range on the upstream side from a transfer position of the paper 1 between the impression cylinder 14 and the paper discharge cylinder 21 in the rotative direction of the impression cylinder 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
