<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support non-verbal communication. <P>SOLUTION: When a biological state is detected by a biological state detecting device used by each user, biological information of each user is transmitted to a server device through a mobile communication terminal. Further, an operation instruction according to the biological information is transmitted from the server device through the mobile communication terminal to the biological state detecting device of a user who is the other communicator. Then, the biological state detecting device makes announcement according to the operation instruction. Furthermore, the server device estimates a psychological state of a user from the biological information of the user and instructs the biological state detecting device to perform a predetermined announcement when the psychological state approaches a certain synchronous degree for both users, and the biological state detecting device makes announcement according to the operation instruction.
