<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage output circuit with less switching noise. <P>SOLUTION: In a voltage output circuit 10, an output transistor 11 is connected between a first terminal 16 to which an input voltage Vin is applied and a second terminal 17 to which a load RL is connected, and has its gate electrode connected to a first node N1. A first pull-up circuit 12 pulls up a first node voltage Vn1 when a control signal Vc is low. A pull-down circuit 13 pulls down the first node voltage Vn1 by electrical conduction when the control signal Vc is high. A gate voltage monitoring circuit 14 is connected between the first terminal 16 and the first node N1, and sets a second node voltage Vn2 high by electrical conduction when a differential voltage ΔV=Vin-Vn1 is larger than a reference voltage Vref. A second pull-up circuit 15 is connected between the first terminal 16 and the first node N1, and pulls up the first node voltage Vn1 by electrical conduction when the control signal Vc is low and the second node voltage Vn2 is high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
