<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage output circuit with less switching noise. <P>SOLUTION: In a voltage output circuit 10, an output transistor 11 is connected between a first terminal 16 to which an input voltage Vin is applied and a second terminal 17 to which a load RL is connected, and has its gate electrode connected to a first node N1. A first pull-up circuit 12 pulls up a first node voltage Vn1 when a control signal Vc is low. A pull-down circuit 13 pulls down the first node voltage Vn1 by electrical conduction when the control signal Vc is high. A gate voltage monitoring circuit 14 is connected between the first terminal 16 and the first node N1, and sets a second node voltage Vn2 high by electrical conduction when a differential voltage ΔV=Vin-Vn1 is larger than a reference voltage Vref.
