PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for signal processing to ensure a frame rate if an observation target is moving, instead of lowering image quality to the extent that visibility is not deteriorated.
SOLUTION: An imaging device for a microscope has: an imaging part 30 that images a specimen and acquires a video signal; a signal processing part 40 that performs signal processing on the video signal; a movement detection part 10 that calculates a relative movement speed between the imaging part and a stage in a first direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the imaging part; a signal processing setting part 20 that determines parameters so as to shorten the time required for the signal processing at the signal processing part 40 when the relative movement speed in the first direction is equal to or more than a threshold; and a frame rate converter 50 that selectively performs a process of increasing the frame rate of the video signal on which the signal processing has been performed by the signal processing part 40 or a process of maintaining the current frame rate, when the relative movement speed in the first direction is equal to or more than the threshold. The signal processing part 40 performs signal processing according to the parameters determined by the signal processing setting part 20.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
