<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional video liquid crystal device including a liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal parallax barrier panel that has a liquid crystals sealed by a sealing material 10 between a substrate 12 with a transparent electrode 16 formed thereon and a counter substrate 13 with a counter electrode 17 formed thereon. <P>SOLUTION: On a substrate 2 composing the liquid crystal display panel, a first wire and second wire, to which a signal for driving the liquid crystal parallax barrier panel is supplied. In addition, the transparent electrode 16 of the liquid crystal parallax barrier panel has a first connection area on the outside of the sealing material 10. A counter electrode 17 has a second connection area on the outside of the sealing material 10.
