<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure damper capable of relaxing the pressure fluctuation of a liquid without fail and detecting pressure value of the liquid with high accuracy, and to provide a liquid ejection head, a liquid jet recorder, a manufacturing tool for pressure damper and a method of manufacturing the pressure damper. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure damper includes: a body 91 in which a recess 91a for storing liquid and a connector opened at the recess 91a are formed; a thin film 96 so arranged as to block the recess 91a and fixed to the body 91 by welding at a periphery 91d of the recess 91a; and an urging member 97 that is provided between the recess 91a and the thin film 96, and elastically deformable in the thickness direction of the thin film 96, and further whose seat surface 97a can come into contact with/remove from the thin film 96. The thin film 96 is fixed to the body 91 by welding while a slack 96d is formed. Under the condition where the thin film 96 is bent in a direction broken away from the urging member 97, a gap Ks is formed between the thin film 96 and the urging member 97. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
