<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted type display device capable of easily adjusting diopter by simple operation without increasing the size and weight of the device. <P>SOLUTION: A head-mounted type display device comprises: a display element 13; a housing 11 for storing the display element 13; an eyepiece optical system 14 making image light incident from the display element 13, guiding the image light before a wearer's eye to emit that toward an eyeball, and having positive refractive force for enabling the wearer to observe a virtual image by the image light; and a slide operating portion 22 provided to the housing 11 so as to slide in a front-back direction of a head portion of the wearer. The slide operating portion 22 is united at least with the display element 13 or an optical element so as to make light path length between the display element 13 and at least a part of the optical element of the eyepiece optical system 14 long, when slid to the front side of the wearer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
