An accessory attaching structure which attaches accessories to a steel plate concrete structure provided with: a steel plate frame formed of a plurality of surface steel plates; a plurality of bars fixedly installed on the inner surfaces of the surface steel plates; and concrete poured into the steel plate frame. The accessory attaching structure is provided with attachment plates, one surface of each attachment plate being attached to one of the surface steel plates and the other surface having each accessory attached thereto. The other surface of the attachment plate is large enough to attach the whole of the attachment surface of the accessory, the attachment surface being to be attached to the attachment plate, within the other surface; and the one surface of the attachment plate is not smaller than the other surface. The attachment plate is, in one direction along the one surface, twice or more as long as the interval between the bars.
