Disclosed is an automatic tuning apparatus for an RF device. The disclosed apparatus comprises: a pre-tuning unit which adjusts an insertion depth of a tuning bolt of the RF device based on pre-tuning data; a tuning unit which measures a parameter of the RF device pre-tuned by the pre-tuning unit, and performs tuning in accordance with a control command based on an automatic tuning algorithm; and a main controller which provides the pre-tuning unit with the pre-tuning data, and compares the measured parameter of the RF device and a reference parameter to provide the tuning unit with the control command based on the automatic tuning algorithm. The main controller generates the pre-tuning data based on the tuning result data of the tuning unit. The disclosed apparatus has the advantages of shortening the time required for tuning and reducing tuning costs. |
