The present invention provides novel cycloalkylmethylamme derivatives, and methods of preparing cycloalkylmethylamme derivatives. The present invention also provides methods of using cycloalkylmethylamme derivatives and compositions of cycloalkylmethylamme derivatives. The pharmaceutical compositions of the compounds of the present invention can be advantageously used for treating and/or preventing obesity and obesity related co-morbid indications and depression and depression related co-morbid indications.
