SELF-CLEANING ENHANCED HEAT TRANSFER DEVICE USED FOR HEAT EXCHANGE PIPE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A self-cleaning enhanced heat transfer device used for a heat exchange pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The device comprises rotors (1), a rotating shaft (3), position limiting elements (2), and hanging elements (4). Pluralities of rotors are piecewise fixed on the rotating shaft by the position limiting elements. The rotor number of each rotor segment is 2-200, and the total rotor length of each rotor segment is 100-2000mm. The rotating shaft is a flexible shaft, and the difference between the outer diameter of the rotor blade and the inner diameter of the heat exchange pipe is 0.1 -3mm. The manufacturing method consists of manufacturing the rotors, the rotating shaft, the position limiting elements and the hanging elements respectively, piecewise fixing the rotors on the rotating shaft, limiting the rotors at least between each rotor segment by position limiting elements, penetrating the rotating shaft with fixed rotors through the heat exchange pipe, mounting the hanging elements at the two ends of the heat exchange pipe, and fixing the rotating shaft on the hanging elements by position limiting elements. The device is convenient to assemble and has improved effects of heat transferring and self cleaning.
