The device has a locking device (16) comprising a fastening section (18), and another locking device (24) comprising a holding element (26). An actuating element (20) displaces the holding element along radial direction from an opening position in which the holding element is radially arranged at distance from the fastening section, into a closing position. The holding element coacts with the fastening section for fastening a cartridge (14) at a container (12) in the closing position, and the actuating element coacts with the holding element in the closing position. An independent claim is also included for a method for detachable attachment of a cartridge for treating fluid at a container for collecting the fluid to be treated.
