PURPOSE: A heating device for preheating nitrogen gas is provided to reduce repair costs because only damaged heating unit can be replaced it by splitting the heating unit into several groups. CONSTITUTION: A heating device(100) for preheating nitrogen gas comprises a casing(110) and a heating unit(210). The heating unit is coupled and is separated to/from the casing. The casing comprises an inner space part(112), multiple joining holes(114), an inlet port(116), and an outlet port(118). The joining holes are formed in one side of the casing and are connected to the inner space part. The inlet and outlet ports are formed in the top and bottom of the casing, respectively. |
