PURPOSE: Grain blocks and a producing method thereof capable of easily carrying are provided to enable users to store the blocks longer than instant cooking rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of grain blocks comprises the following steps: preparing rice gruel(S100); mixing 80-90wt% of washed grains with 9-19wt% of rice gruel after grinding the ingredients(S110,S200); injecting the mixture into a molding frame, and molding the mixture into a block shape(S300); separating the blocks from the molding frame, and drying(S400); and packaging the obtained grain blocks(S500). The grains are rice, cereals, or scorched rice. The rice gruel contains glutinous rice flour, starch, guar gum, and the moisture.
