<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for assisting turbine rotor levitation that prevents oil pressure to be supplied to a bearing from being increased even if a turbine rotor is enlarged, that is, the turbine rotor becomes heavy. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for assisting turbine rotor levitation is provided for assisting a turbine rotor levitating from a bearing when the turbine starts. The apparatus includes a jack-up oil device for supplying a high pressure lubricating oil from the lower part of the bearing to the turbine rotor, and a vibration device for vibrating any of the followings: a jack for pushing up the turbine rotor disposed near the bearing; the turbine rotor; the bearing; or the pressure of the lubricating oil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
