PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a second terminal to perform at least either one of downloading and installation of an application selected in an application market that a first terminal should access.

SOLUTION: A server providing an application market for a second terminal in response to access by a first terminal comprises: a storage part associating a user ID with access information for accessing the second terminal of the user and storing them; an acquisition part acquiring access information corresponding to the user when a desired application is selected through the first terminal by the user; a start information generation part generating start information to start software that enables the second terminal of the user who has selected the desired application through the first terminal to perform at least one of download and installation of the desired application from a distribution server; a notification information generation part generating notification information which includes access information, start information and desired application information; and a notification part providing the notification information to the second terminal of the user who selected the desired application.
