<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-controlled variable capacitor capable of configuring on an integrated circuit with a high variable capacity ratio and a high Q value, and achieving highly linear relationship between a control voltage and an oscillation frequency when configuring a VCO. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage-controlled variable capacitor includes: a plurality of MOS capacitor elements (CM1-CMn) having lower electrodes connected in common; non-voltage-variable capacitors (C1-Cn) equal in number, having each one end connected to each upper electrode of the plurality of MOS capacitor elements and the other end connected in common; and means (VB1-VBn and resistor) for supplying a mutually different fixed bias voltage to junction points between the MOS capacitor elements and the non-voltage-variable capacitors.
