<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration in which a function of detecting a radiation is provided separately from a function of detecting the radiation as an image without great increases in panel size and thickness nor decreases in image detection sensitivity and radiation detection precision. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation detection panel is provided with a scintillator 71 which absorbs a radiation and then emits light, and a radiation detector 60 having pixel parts 74, each including a photoelectric conversion part 72, a storage capacitor 68, and a TFT (Thin Film Transistor) 70, arranged on an insulating substrate 64 in a matrix. The insulating substrate 64 is made transmissive to light, a radiation detection part 62 which is made of an organic photoelectric converting material, converts light emitted from the scintillator 71 into an electric signal, and outputs the electric signal is provided on the opposite side from the scintillator 71 across the radiation detector 60 (an upstream side in an arriving direction of the radiation), and a partial reflection layer 170 which transmits part of incident light through holes bored in a reflection surface and is made different partially in boring density of the holes in the reflection surface is provided between the radiation detector 60 and radiation detection part 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
