<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell effectively utilizing a power generation region. <P>SOLUTION: Short circuit between electrodes is reduced by making a resistance of a second electrode layer on the inner wall of a connection hole penetrating a substrate higher than that of a region of other second electrode layers.
