COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED LIGHT STABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral solid composition having light stability by conveniently preventing discoloration and decomposition of amlodipine or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof by light.

SOLUTION: The oral solid composition contains (a) amlodipine besylate, (b) iron oxide and (c) an excipient (excluding mannitol and lactose), and does not have a coating layer. A method of producing the oral solid composition includes compounding iron oxide, when preparing the oral solid composition containing amlodipine besylate and an excipient (excluding mannitol and lactose).
