<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output (namely, mechanical power which can be generated by a motor with respect to whole weight or power which can be output by an alternator with respect to specific whole weight) peculiar to a rotary electric device for facilitating or optimizing the structure of the electric motor in the rotary electric device having an outer stator S. <P>SOLUTION: A lamination magnetic circuit includes a plurality of yokes 11 formed of magnetic metal plates arranged substantially parallel to a plane vertical to an axial line. A plurality of tooth-like elements formed of the magnetic metal plates arranged substantially parallel to a plane vertical to the axial line are arranged on an inner side of the yoke 11.
