MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LITHIUM ION CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion capacitor excellent in long-term stability and low-temperature characteristics by including propylene carbonate in organic electrolyte and inhibiting a reductive reaction of the propylene carbonate.

SOLUTION: In a lithium ion capacitor that comprises a positive electrode including porous material; a negative electrode including carbon material; a separator; a lithium electrode; and an organic electrolyte, propylene carbonate is included in the organic electrolyte after predope processing is applied to the negative electrode in the organic electrolyte excluding propylene carbonate.
