<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power combiner and a power distributor capable of easily adjusting characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In a power combiner, a cross point between the input port 10a side of a first transmission path 10 and the input port 11a side of a second transmission path 11 is defined as a first corner, and a cross point between the output port 10b side of the first transmission path 10 and the end edge port 11b side of the second transmission path 11 is defined as a second corner. In the first corner, the port connection part of the first transmission path 10 is folded and formed in the direction orthogonal to the plane of a coupling line, and the port connection part of the second transmission path 11 is folded and formed in the direction orthogonal to the plane of the coupling line and opposite to the folding direction of the first transmission path 10. In the second corner, the port connection part of the first transmission path 10 is folded and formed in the direction orthogonal to the plane of a coupling line, and the port connection part of the second transmission path 11 is folded and formed in the direction orthogonal to the plane of the coupling line and opposite to the folding direction of the first transmission path 10.
