<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rock bolt forming method and a drilling device capable of drilling to a prescribed depth in a short time without worrying about the collapse of a part where a borehole for a rock bolt is dug, performing pull-out without worrying about the collapse of the borehole formed for the rock bolt, inserting a reinforcing bar into mortar filled in the borehole for the rock bolt and obtaining sufficient strength. <P>SOLUTION: The rock bolt forming method includes: a borehole-for-rock-bolt forming process of forming a borehole for a rock bolt by the drilling device including a double tube type drilling machine provided with an inner rod inside a casing rod; a pulling-out and mortar filling process of filling mortar inside a space from which the casing rod or the inner rod is pulled out while simultaneously pulling out the casing rod and inner rod of the double tube type drilling machine from the borehole for the rock bolt formed in the borehole-for-rock-bolt forming process; and a reinforcing bar inserting process of inserting a reinforcing bar into the filled mortar before the filled mortar is hardened after the pulling-out and mortar filling process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
