The combined heat exchanger (1) has multiple tube-like elements (3) for guiding a medium in an inner compartment (4) of the exchanger. Another medium is passed to the tube-like element from outer side. The tube-like elements are formed as double walled, where a third medium is guided through an intermediate compartment (5) of the tube-like elements. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing combined heat exchanger.
