The damper (1) has annular damper masses (4, 5) resilient supported at a common base (2) and placed coaxial to a common fastening axis (9) in an unstressed basic position. The damper masses are arranged in series in a direction of the common fastening axis. The damper masses have cross section areas partly overlapping with each other radial to the common fastening axis. One of the damper masses is radially attached to an enclosed area of the base. A sleeve (3) extends along the common fastening axis. The damper mass is radially attached to a running area of the base.
