<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive layer-coated aluminum material having the property of being able to withstand long-term use and a production method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive layer-coated aluminum material includes an aluminum material 1, a first conductive layer 2, an interposed layer 3, and a second conductive layer 4. The first conductive layer 2 is formed on the surface of the aluminum material 1 and contains conductive organic matter. The interposed layer 3 is formed between the aluminum material 1 and the first conductive layer 2 and contains aluminum carbide. The second conductive layer 4 is formed on the surface of the first conductive layer 2 and contains carbon-containing particles 41. After a resin is adhered to the surface of the aluminum material 1, dried, and a carbon-containing substance is adhered onto the dried resin, the aluminum material 1 is arranged in a space comprising a hydrocarbon-containing substance and then heated to form the first conductive layer 2, the interposed layer 3, and the second conductive layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
