<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy comfort with a few kinds of sensors while reducing a burden of setup and adjustment work by an installation worker or a user. <P>SOLUTION: A whole building air-conditioning system includes a temperature setting switch 24, an indoor air temperature sensor 26, a body sensory index input switch 27 which is operated by the user for inputting a body sensory index n of a degree of increase in coolness and warmth the user wishes for, a surface temperature sensor 28 for detecting the surface temperature of a radiation heat source in a room; and a control device 13.
