The method includes modifying, by the storm water management component, a state of a valve in the storage node, responsive to the analysis. The method includes modifying, by the storm water management component, a state of a pump in the storage node, responsive to the analysis. The method includes modifying, by the storm water management component, a state of a gate in the storage node, responsive to the analysis.
