EVALUATION APPARATUS, EVALUATION METHOD, AND EVALUATION PROGRAM

<p>An evaluation apparatus evaluates whether to allow or prohibit charging of a storage battery receiving power from a power grid. The evaluation apparatus is provided with: a storage-battery information acquisition unit for acquiring information about the amount of power to be requested for charging the storage battery; a power-grid information acquisition unit for acquiring information about the amount of power that can be supplied from the power grid; and an evaluation unit for evaluating whether to allow or prohibit the charging of the storage battery, on the basis of the information about the amount of power to be requested and the information about the amount of power that can be supplied.</p>
