The method involves placing a workpiece in a workpiece retainer. A flexible molding portion (20) is introduced into an aperture formed at the surface of workpiece, so as to partially fill the aperture. The workpiece surface penetrated with the aperture is processed after the completion of introduction of molding portion into the aperture, by using a filler comprising a particulate medium and/or fluid. An independent claim is included for device for processing workpiece.
