<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic analyzer for analyzing samples such as urine and blood, wherein analytical values are not affected by the dispensing nozzle which is repeatedly used. In order to achieve the purpose, the surface of the dispensing nozzle is caused to chemically adsorb a phosphonic acid derivative or a phosphoric acid derivative. Consequently, a molecular layer, which inhibits adsorption of a biopolymer or adhesion of a sample itself, is formed on the nozzle surface, so that the dispensing nozzle is prevented from affecting precision of analysis.</p> |
