<p>A Manufacture method of bicycle pipe frame components made of bamboo. Truncate the bamboo pipe to obtain the same length and caliber with the bicycle pipe component's. Each bamboo pipe has at most one bamboo joint. Inject from one end of the bamboo pipe and turn the bamboo pipe to be solid. Connect and fix the ends of bamboo pipes according to the structure of components, and then achieve the components which are needed. Using bamboo instead of metal material in this invention not only benefits environmental protection but also improves the bamboo pipe's intensity and performance effectively. The method of this invention increases the integration and fastness of the bicycle significantly and then provides the guarantee for safely using.</p> |
