<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit in which stable developability is attained by maintaining the shape of a rectangular wave even when the magnitude of inductance and capacity are dynamically changed while lowering dependency on damping resistance. <P>SOLUTION: Transformation means transforms AC voltage generated from AC voltage generation means to specific output voltage. Adjustment means adjusts a drive pattern for driving the AC voltage generation means according to waveform distortion generated in the rectangular wave of the output voltage. The drive pattern is a signal pattern including a first on-period when AC voltage is applied to the transformation means, an off-period when AC voltage is not applied to the transformation means, and a second on-period when AC voltage is applied to the transformation means in a half-period of the rectangular wave of AC voltage.
