<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card with a display function capable of performing excellent communications without shielding a magnetic field at the time of non-contact data communications. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact IC card 100 having a display function includes: a metal substrate 110; an insulating substrate 120 provided on the metal substrate 110; an antenna coil part 130 provided on the insulating substrate 120; and a display part 140 provided on the insulating substrate 120.
