<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a robot platform for remotely controlled and/or autonomous inspection of technical facilities comprising at least drive means, inspection means, means for acquiring position data, and communication means, solve drawbacks of a well-known inspection unit, substantially improve compatibility to various inspection purposes and scenes, and provide extremely simplified and trouble-free data communication. <P>SOLUTION: A robot platform 10 or 20 is modularized, communication means 12, 13, and 14 are actuated according to a unified standard, and measurement data and position data are quickly transmitted to an evaluation unit by streaming so as to make a delay time sufficiently small for an error-free valuation, particularly, less than 1 ms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
